Hello and welcome to a brand new episode of Some Like It Scott, and the final episode of 2019! On this week's episode of the podcast, the two Scotts are reviewing not one, but two(!) Christmas releases: Greta Gerwig's Little Women and the Safdie brothers' Uncut Gems. First, they tackle whether Gerwig is able to put her own spin on Louisa May Alcott's timeless classic with an all-star female cast for the March family, and then they follow that up to discuss whether Adam Sandler's dramatic turn in Uncut Gems is his best yet and whether the hype around it being one of the most anxiety-inducing thrillers of all-time is warranted.
